Seraphinite is a beautiful rare Russian natural gemstone that contains chlorite giving it a deep green color, with silver feathery patterns that make this rare gemstone filled with chatoyancy. (Chatoyancy is a silvery glow that floats across the surface of a gem similar to the sheen you see from the bends of a shiny silk shirt.) It originates from the Lake Baykal region of Siberia and at present time is only found in that remote area. It has become one of my favorite stones and I decided to keep one of these Rosaries for myself.
Rare Russian Seraphinite in 6mm is wrapped in sterling and accented with handmade sterling beads. The Our Father is a large Seraphinite capped with handmade sterling beads and accented with button cultured pearls.
A custom designed Our Lady of Perpetual Help for the center and the Crucifix is a Russian Orthodox design with Our Lady of Kazan hand enameled in dark emerald green by the artist, Dianna Brett. A truly beautiful piece that you won't find anywhere else.
