- Customization is limited to reasonability.
- Each Rosary is handmade and can vary in size.
- The stones used are purchased by the strand and will vary in brilliance and luster by their nature.
- The pictures on the website are representative of the style Rosary you select, however each Rosary ordered may have some variations.
- Novena Rosary reserves the right to use chain or connectors which will fit the appropriate sized loops.
- For solid gold Rosaries, detailed requests are acceptable with the understanding there may be some variation.
- Novena Rosary reserves the right to use alternate bead caps and chains depending on availability.
- Please contact us via phone or email to discuss the available options.
- Changes in design cannot be made once materials have been ordered.
- Once materials have been purchased for a custom Rosary, there will be no refunds.
- Rosaries will typically be completed within 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and availability of materials, but could take longer if materials are difficult to attain.
- Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
- Customers will receive a picture of their Rosary via email prior to shipment.
- Novena Rosary encourages discussion of design ideas and will provide a detailed purchase order for your review prior to ordering materials.
